I've been coming here for years but was disappointed when I left Wednesday with at least 6 inches of hair cut off when I asked for 2. Soema absolutely knows what she's doing but I wish I had been listened to since now my hair won't be the length I needed for an event coming up. When I mentioned she cut it too short during the appointment, it was disregarded. I tried to reach out to her for a refund due to being unhappy and didn't hear back.

Asked for a little trimmed while trying to grow hair out and cut off about a year of progress

I lost more length than I mentioned. Wasn’t able to style it after my cut and disliked it. Although curls were refreshed and better after getting it shaped at a barber.
