It was the worst hair cut I ever received. She butchered my curls. I truly wasted my money on the haircut and the product the product was horrible for my curly hair. This was supposed to be just a hair cut.

Took my sister in for a curly haircut and was surprised to hear that they were offering an Apprenticeship program and were also had an Assistant position. Overall the experience was nice.

The worst haircut ever, worse than that was the rudeness and attitude of the owner/“master hairstylist”. Adding insult to injury was the ridiculous price I paid. I was quoted on the phone that the haircut starts at $125. I have short hair and she spent less than 15 minutes destroying my hair and sent me out with partially wet hair and charged me $185. The place to go for naturally curly hair. Lauren has been cutting my hair for years, and it’s never looked better. I always get prompt and friendly service. The reserved parking behind the shop is easily accessible which is a bonus in Laguna Beach.

I have never been there but I will never go there thanks to the person I spoke to on the phone. I asked for a hair color appointment as I get nervous about going to new places and I wanted to check them out first. The first thing she did was explain that it was a place to cut curly hair and that is what they specialize in. Really? With a name like Curls on Top this has to be explained?
