Extremely rude and unprofessional!! I called to book an appointment for my 5yr old daughter and she literally hung up on me. I had given all my personal information and credit card to reserve my appointment and at the end I was instructed to wash and comb my daughters hair the day before so she could be ready for her hair cut. She said I couldn’t do a bun or braids and I mentioned to her that her hair was probably gonna get tangled up during the night time and during school before her appointment , so I wanted to know what I... read more
Don’t book with this person very unprofessional. Most stylist if they have an issue and can’t keep the appointment and need to cancel. They will contact you and ask to reschedule or refund your deposit due to they are the ones canceling. I received neither. I did not know she canceled my appointment until I drove 30 mins away from home wasting gas and my time. When I tried to call she doesn’t even answer the phone. If I could I would give zero stars.
