I have been getting my hair done by Kaley for a few years now and I cannot say enough great things. Every time I go into the salon I feel very comfortable and welcomed. I really wanted to get a color treatment, but my hair is super fine and I was kinda scared it would get damaged. But honestly, the team was amazing they explained everything, made me feel totally comfortable, and took such good care of my hair. I left feeling sooo happy with the results! My hair looks and feels great, and I’m so glad I trusted them. Super chill vibes, super sweet people. Definitely coming back!
Extremely disappointing customer service. I attempted to call and even messaged them—what appears to be an iMessage—but received no response. It feels as though they are not interested in gaining new clients. I was genuinely looking forward to visiting their establishment, but the lack of communication made me feel uneasy and disheartened. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of first impressions and prompt responses. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be reaching out to them again.
