Derek and his team have now installed a new air conditioner for me and replaced my furnace. I always get a timely response and he's willing to patiently listen to my questions, and share advice and options. Excellent service and quick work make them a great option, especially when you have a broken furnace in December.
**Always inspect their work thoroughly,** as I discovered that every bolt holding the outdoor unit down was loose.
My experience with this company I got a quote a few months ago and after thinking it over I went with curlew at first they wanted to just put a 3 ton heat pump in as that was the size of my existing duct work. I have a poorly insulated 2500 sq ft rancher style home After putting my foot down saying I want at least a 4 ton unit installed As for my size of home a 4-5 ton is recommended But not by curlew my understanding is they were just basing the unit size off of the existing duct work I agreed to the unit and the price so a... read more
