I went for a wash and curly cut. I’m okay with the cut, which was my biggest worry. But the wash and styling was not good. My curls were not defined and when I went home, I noticed my hair was still visibly dirty…so I basically paid $100 for a haircut, since I have to rewash and restyle my own hair :/ For a salon with “curl” in the name, and so many positive reviews, I am disappointed
This was my first time at this salon. Emely was my stylist. She did an absolute amazing job. I will be coming back regularly with her as my stylist. As she takes time and care with her clients.
I went to this place to get a French Braid, 8 months ago. The woman did it , it was falling out as soon as I left. They were rude as soon as I sat in the seat - critical about my hair (like Amber), I didn't ask for color or cut. I asked for a French Braid. Whoever runs this so-called salon, your stylists need Etiquette classes and teach them, how to do French Braids without falling out as soon as you walk out the Salon's door. I had to put a to post, you don't deserve it.
The service was excellent, and Emily is very professional. I am very grateful and satisfied with her work.
