Jackie did my first perm that I’ve had. My hair was mostly wavy/straight with some curls and I was tired of having to put in so much effort to style it with different curl patterns. Jackie put in so much effort to make sure she got every curl and it really shows how much she cares about the work she does. My hair looks so much better and I finally have the curls I’ve always wanted. The atmosphere of the salon is welcoming and everyone felt like a family there
I really wanted to give a better rating because the stylist was very kind and generally quick to respond. However, the scheduling process was really chaotic. We had agreed on an appointment, she got sick and asked to reschedule. This wasn’t a problem at all- if you’re sick, you’re sick- but the confirmation for a different slot- however, it still worked with the availability I gave, so it was fine. Jackie did an awesome job with my haircut. She listened to what I wanted, gave great suggestions, and nailed the look perfectly. Super professional, friendly, and skilled. Best cut I’ve had in a long time—highly recommend!
Jackie is beyond talented when it comes to fantasy colors!! You give her some inspiration and creative freedom and you will get the most amazing results!! My daughter took a ball of yarn that she had been knitting with that she loved the colors in it and Jackie made it come to life in her hair and far exceeded her dreams!
