Not sure, what's happening with stylist these days but I called to inquire about services, spoke with a emotionally young woman, I had to to literally ask her if she provided the service I was requesting she didnt want to communicate verbally at all which disturbs me, she text me information...no thank you. If you are not open and willing to discuss the services you can provide why would any person let you touch their hair. Q is so knowledgeable about all types of hair and takes her time to understand what you want. If you have bushy thick hair like me, she shows you how to love and appreciate what you were born with She is truly a curly hair expert!
Qiana never disappoints. She provided me with a great cut giving my hair the shape that I requested. I highly recommend Qiana to get your curls right. She does a great job with highlights too.
I have been coming to Q for about 3 years for my very fine medium length 2b-3a curls. My curls have always been difficult to maintain and style due to the mixed textures and how thin my hair is, but they have never looked better since I started coming here! I booked an appointment and the stylist changed the appointment time 3 times. One of which being the day of the appointment. I arrived early and she cancelled on me saying that she did not have time. She also refused to return my deposit. This is unprofessional behavior and I hope no one has the same experience I did. I advise you to spend your time and money elsewhere.
