The service and quality are excellent!! The reason I can’t give 5 stars is only because I booked them for twists weeks in advance for my birthday in March, and then just a few days before my birthday, the appointment was cancelled because they had booked someone else at that time, despite my appointment being accepted shortly after my request. I have been to Shannon twice and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with her. She is professional, timely, gentle with my hair, and most importantly, very talented with caring for and styling natural hair. I have thick and long hair. She did an amazing job on my two strand twists and executed my crown braids on another occasion beautifully! The owner and staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is also very welcoming and chill. I looking forward to my next appointment!

This salon has a very special vibe to it! I brought my daughter and we felt very welcomed by Davina and she really made an effort to talk to us and make us feel comfortable for our first visit. Janella was our amazing stylist. She was gentle, kind, and made us feel special inside and out. My daughter's box braids look amazing - she is so talented. The salon was clean and the atmosphere friendly. Will definitely be going back!
