垃圾 I’m furious! The stylist completely ruined my hair—zero technique, zero listening skills. I asked for a *slight trim*, but they hacked off way too much, leaving me with an uneven, awkward mess. The layers are butchered, the length is uneven, and now I have to hide this disaster until it grows back. Worst part? No apology or attempt to fix it. The stylist clearly lacked training (or common sense). Save your money and dignity—go somewhere that actually respects clients. Never again!

It's hard to find a good place to get a haircut I like. I had gotten haircuts from two of the staffs both are very good at their job. I love the results both times.
