I’m disappointed by my recent experience. I was informed via message that my stylist could no longer service me, accompanied by personal commentary that felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Ive trusted this person and our interactions had always been professional, which made the tone and framing of the message surprising and uncomfortable. A brief, straightforward notice would have been more appropriate. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business.

After researching numerous salons, I decided to choose this salon. From the first phone conversation, Stacy was very warm and welcoming. Then at my appointment, we had a thorough conversation about my hair concerns and what products would work best for me. Stacy explained every step she was taking while doing my hair and was gentle. Stacy was amazing. Unfortunately my daughter's hair was very damaged and she needed a big chop but Stacy gave her a beautiful cut to match her natural hair pattern and her face and my daughter was so happy. She also taught my daughter how to care for her hair and how to achieve the look she wants. Best salon experience by far! If you are looking for a great curly cut Stacy is AMAZING! We will be back!
