Horrible establishment and customer service. I called to get a curly cut and when I arrived the day of the appointment I was surprised to find out that I wasn’t in the “system” because they said they sent me a text message to finish booking my appt and put my credit card info. I’ve explained to the hairdresser, Oscar, that I’ve never received the text message and he was very rude telling me he only had 30 mins and giving me trouble for a text msg I never even received but he claims they did send. I’ve gotten a curly cut and dyed my hair here so far and both have turned out great! The staff is nice and Oscar has lots of knowledge when it comes to hair. I will continue utilizing their services and am glad to have them in the community
I debated writing this review because Emilia was wonderful. I went to this salon because doing both my hair and my son's hair has been more difficult since an accident, and I was looking for help with our curls. Unfortunately, our experience with Oscar was not so great. He was immediately bothered with my sons hair because it was knotted. He has 3c/4a hair in a curly Afro hairstyle that almost covers his forehead. He said that he's had to cut hair that was too matted, but my son's hair was detangled without being cut.
