Poor customer service. Following my order online I did not receive any correspondence for 3-4 days. When I called to enquire I was given attitude by the sales staff and then told they’d ring me back. Never did. At the moment I’m still waiting for resolution. They were very quick to take my money however.
The worse shopping experience of my life. Six months to receive new furniture that required repairs. Was advised furniture was on a ship in March when Quality Control details on furniture shows that it was made after. Staff and owner seem to only know how to lie or run their own product down with owner saying for a $180 chair what do you expect. It’s taken nearly another month to get repairs done. Better off going to a seconds warehouse at least you know what you get.
Great selection of cool furniture.
