Excellent in every way. I’ve made several purchases and they are fair, ship fast, and everything is packaged well. I’ve emailed and phoned Taylor and he’s super helpful. I purchased the roof rack and ladder for a Ford Transit Ext. The rack and the ladder fit perfectly to the ford mounting positions. The rack and ladder are excellent medium weight construction. Strong enough to carry loads without being unnecessary weight. The rails are flexible enough to fit around the existing roof features ( AC etc). The rack also supports a Thule awning. Super helpful communication, smooth delivery, and not a single issue along the way. I couldn’t recommend them more highly! If you’re looking for under-slung water storage, this is the place to go. There’s nothing quite like it available in the UK.
