customer service is not good here as well as the receptionist that doesn't care about the business. all they care is just talk about themselves how to work the day without being noticed that they are really doing nothing for the good of the business.

Work was done without my permission when I explicitly asked for an estimate first. Even highlighted that on work order, it was a large order too. Two stars and not one because at least the work was done on par. No compromise and no concessions offered either.
