Obsessed with everything this lil place has to offer! Can’t wait to go back and definitely will be spreading the word to my fellow oddity lovers.
I visited the new Southington location and can’t believe I passed on it when they were right next to where I lived in Hartford. This is a store, but also an interactive museum of sorts where you can open drawers, push buttons, provoke demons, listen to stories, smell everything (they have incense, soaps and oils), and just sit down to relax with the low lights, spooky sounds and relaxing music. Staff is very friendly and will let you wander to discover whatever. You will learn and notice something new every time.
One of my favorite places to peruse for strange and unusual goods in CT. Whether you’re just curious and looking for something interesting and spooky to do, or looking to buy some seriously (and delightfully) strange objects, Curioporium is a great spot. A must see!
