If you’re planning to move into this building, I would recommend reconsidering . You have to pay a $500 deposit just to use the barbecue grill , plus a $100-per-hour charge for the party room. and, mind you, for the party room you don’t even get the deposit back bc its a charge for using party room . Ridiculous. Definitely something to consider before signing a lease.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a condo at Curiō on 801/799 The Queensway. After spending over a million dollars, including taxes and fees, for a two-bedroom, two-bath unit, the experience has been subpar. The finishing touches and craftsmanship are shockingly low quality—the detail is poor, and the overall common areas are disappointing.
