Quick and friendly, but the crew and attention to detail leave something to be desired. Had to come back multiple times to make things right and I still wouldn't consider everything to be 100% correct, but rather 'good enough'. I do appreciate Gus's willingness to at least attempt to make things right, though. Seems like he may just be dealing with some bad eggs. Hope they get things figured out.
Don't Call ANYONE except Curiel Construction. GUS is who you WANT and NEED to hire for any construction job big or really small. My review comes from my husbands and my background in construction. Gus was hired by Upper Des Moines as part of a winterization grant that I was approved for. My experience with him and his crew was OUTSTANDING. Curiel Construction showed up on time on the first day. I had told Gus that his guys could start around 7 am the next day if they like to start early. Gus and his crew came and did our insulation, replaced some broken window panes, weatherized a few doors, and replaced our rotten cellar door. They did great work and were the nicest, friendliest contractors we've had work on our house! I'd give them an A+ on customer service! My little boy was so sad to learn they were done with the work and weren't coming back the next day, haha.
