my wife went to Curex with some rashes. The Dr. diagnosed stress-related soft tissue inflammation and prescribed antibiotics. She took the medication for two days, but since the condition worsened, she went to the Emergency where the doctor diagnosed shingles and asked her to immediately start the antivirals, and mentioned that antibiotics don't work in this case. Staff want patients to use a tablet to sign in for urgent care, however, said tablets are filthy and disgusting. I would never touch them if they are not being sanitized after each individual patient use. Secretary was rude and very non welcoming. I would have put 0 stars if I could.
Today’s experience at the pharmacy was extremely disappointing and completely unprofessional. The pharmacist instead of focusing on dispensing medications and caring for patients was more focused on arguing, raising his voice, and talking in a foreign language with the staff in a harsh, confrontational manner. His behavior was loud, rude, and condescending, creating a tense atmosphere for everyone waiting.
