Absolutely terrible experience. Save your money, or your insurance’s money, and go elsewhere. After my child’s neuropsychological evaluation, I had several follow-up questions and the doctor completely ghosted me. There was no communication or support when it actually mattered. When I asked to move my appointment just 30 minutes later, I was told there would be a $500 fee, which felt unreasonable and inflexible. Doctor Parfene is very caring, thorough and professional. The testing clinician is thorough, patient and engaging (after speaking with my child.) The front desk staff are exceptional. They are professional, helpful accommodating and knowledgeable. I believe anyone whon needs their services will be very satisfied.
So far, I’ve had a pleasant experience getting in-depth Neuro psychological testing for two different mental disorders and I’m seeing a therapist here. I have nothing bad to report. All is going pretty well. Sometimes reviews are case by case spaces and sometimes it’s just people trying to bring a business down.
We’ve had an excellent experience with Curect Neuropsychology of New York. My 15-year-old son is currently completing his second evaluation here, and he had his first evaluation with them at age 12. The continuity of care and consistency over the years have been incredibly reassuring. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming.
