I GOT SCAMMED BY THIS PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE. I have tried COUNTLESS TIMES to contact these fraudsters about getting my neuropsych test results from them. Its been over a month and I still have not gotten anything. My number has been blocked by their front end staff, hangs up instantly. Very cool and very professional. My emails have been ignored. 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN. NO TEST RESULTS. I HATE IT HERE. If your therapist recommends this place, find a new therapist. No problems at all here. Everyone has been helpful and the evaluations has gotten my son the services they need.
Ooof. I don't understand how they work with autistic people. They can't even keep track of their own calendar, much less help others with executive functioning.
They are not good at processing requests. For sending test results Used therapists and once tberspist gives 2 week notice ( so I think I have more visits) get notice therapist no longer there. They are strict with rules
I wish I had read the reviews before picking this place. By far the worst place ever. The director Marcy is rude and have no sympathy. Sad how they lost my insurance that pays very well. I believe this place is a scam! they rather charge me a cancellation fee then have me as a client. They dont care if you are canceling due to emergency surgery. Stay away from Curect Neuropsychology of New York!!
