They are not good at processing requests. For sending test results Used therapists and once tberspist gives 2 week notice ( so I think I have more visits) get notice therapist no longer there. They are strict with rules
I wish I had read the reviews before picking this place. By far the worst place ever. The director Marcy is rude and have no sympathy. Sad how they lost my insurance that pays very well. I believe this place is a scam! they rather charge me a cancellation fee then have me as a client. They dont care if you are canceling due to emergency surgery. Stay away from Curect Neuropsychology of New York!!
One of the worst client/customer experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk staff has been consistently unprofessional and rude. Their cancellation policy requires 48 hours’ notice, with a $100 fee for late cancellations. When a clear communication error occurred between myself and my physician and the front desk (after my therapist canceled on me less than 24 hours before our session). This place is a scam. Went there last year. When I tried to get a copy of my diagnosis, they would not Release them to me because I didn’t want to continue w/ them
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I had a Telehealth appt scheduled for 5/13/25 at 10:00am, I sign on at 9:50am. The doctor never joined the call. I waited until 10:10am and called the office. They kept trying to get in touch with the doctor ( no one knew where she was) up until I told them to cancel this appt and the 2 following appts. This is unacceptable and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
