Terrible cancellation and rescheduling policy. I have an evaluation scheduled and I’m to change the second of 3 appointment, the want to charge $500 to reschedule the entire process. The customer service here is appalling. For people in the mental health space, Curect is really disappointing. Only the money matters not the care.
Terrible practice out for money and don’t seem to actually care about their patients. The administrative staff is very rude. They schedule you without asking if you have availability when scheduled or even telling you that you’ve been scheduled, and then fine you when you can’t make it. I was seeing them for memory and attention issues and they kicked me out of their practice for forgetting two appointments, then sent me an email saying I wasn’t “willing to commit to therapy.” No actual neuropsychology was ever practiced. I GOT SCAMMED BY THIS PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE. I have tried COUNTLESS TIMES to contact these fraudsters about getting my neuropsych test results from them. Its been over a month and I still have not gotten anything. My number has been blocked by their front end staff, hangs up instantly. Very cool and very professional. My emails have been ignored. 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN. NO TEST RESULTS. I HATE IT HERE. If your therapist recommends this place, find a new therapist. I have no idea how this place is still in business... read more
No problems at all here. Everyone has been helpful and the evaluations has gotten my son the services they need.
Ooof. I don't understand how they work with autistic people. They can't even keep track of their own calendar, much less help others with executive functioning.
