My go to place for my son and myself. The hours are great and the staff is so friendly and helpful.
This is by far the worst urgent care in Brooklyn. From front desk staff, to the cleanliness of the rooms and facility and dont get me started in the scribes from lack of empathy for the patients and lack of professionalism. The provider doesn't do a full exam and tells me hey whatever you want tell me and I'll give it to you. No sir you are the professional I need you to tell me whats wrong. I take my whole family here. Dr. Batiste is awesome. He takes his time and he knows what to do. The staff there gives great customer service and they are pleasant with my children. Love that they are in Coney Island where there isn’t much places for the community to go to.
Great place. My daughter and son likes this location more then pcp... so we tend to come here all the time... we like it a lot. Nice doctors and staff. Clean office.
