Horrible to deal with. I'm a local business owner wanting to use local businesses for my wifi / network needs. The receptionist was very rude, put me in hold to see if they "wanted my business". She returned to the phone to say they did not. I asked if they offered the type of service I was requesting and she said yes, but they didn't want the business right now. I have worked with the staff at C.U.R.E. for several years and can attest they are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and have a quick response time to our IT needs. The company I work for has been a long time customer of Cure Solutions also. We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, and we receive great service from Cure, no matter the time or day. We also have job sites in multiple states, and they will gladly travel to those locations if a situation arises.
