The entire staff at this place is amazing. Kind, smart, and genuinely compassionate. Dr Gupta is so knowledgeable and the PT we did together was very helpful for my pain. This place is a gem. I’m sad that my 12 sessions are over.
This business is dishonest and manipulative of the elderly. They are engaging in borderline fraud in the way they bill clients and should not be trusted with your health. They charged my mother for a visit that she did not attend and did not agree to after she was asked to pay more than what was quoted prior to her first visit. They sent her mail for months which would frustrate her and anger her constantly. I decided to pay the bill and be done with it so that they will leave her alone.
