Love Cure Dental and Dr. Shipley. The visit was amazing and the work excellent.
We had such a great experience with Dr. Shipley and the team at Cure Dental! My daughter, who is 17, has always been a bit anxious about dental visits, but this office made all the difference. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and so attentive to her needs. Dr. Shipley was absolutely wonderful—kind, patient, and clearly experienced in working with teens. I finally found a dentist that I felt heard and safe. Boy was I wrong. I received this letter in the mail stating that our trust was diminishing. Flabbergasted I immediately called and Fonda said she would find out the issue and call me back(which she did not, but I did receive this email from her) I have replayed every conversation I’ve had while being there, I was even recommending him to friends so this letter was incredibly hurtful and I needed answers!
