Absolute worst car insurance company ever. They never pick up and never call back. I had my car accident June 2nd and still left without a car because my claim adjustor hasn't done anything. I wouldn't ever get this insurance. i rather pay more money somewhere else just so that I can get better customer service.
Do not insure your vehicle with Cure. While their rates are great, if you have a claim you will have to fight to get them to do right. Also, they are very slow when it comes to processing claims.
I must say so far so good! Customer service rep was very informative and helped me every step of the way. I am a new driver and on a budget and I was able to get a great price for my used car. Thank you so much Cure.

Over the past year I have tried to get a quotation from these people about four or five times. I have a perfect driving record. However my credit is not good but it's poor. All they say on the website is that I do not meet their underwriting qualification. If they're not going to quote me because of my credit that's absolutely garbage because I have a perfect driving record and if you're going to try to tell me that my credit score is tied to my driving record you can go stuff a mattress!
