The opening hours listed on Google Maps do not match your actual business hours. I came to your shop on two different days, and both times it was closed. This caused me to waste time. I had visited a few times before and was satisfied, but not being able to receive service in urgent situations was disappointing. For this reason, I am currently not considering choosing your business again. It would be helpful for your customers if you updated your business hours!
I visited this place while on a business trip in the Venice area and requested only a screen replacement. Unfortunately, the first screen they installed was faulty and the touchscreen was activating on its own. They replaced it again, but now the touchscreen does not function properly while the phone is charging. I have been trying to resolve this issue for about a week and my phone is still not working as expected. I hope they can improve their quality control and customer support
I can’t say enough how wonderful this company is to deal with .Musa is the magician. Apple said my phone could not be repaired. . Musa tried for a few hours to fix my issue and lo and behold my iPhone works now. … if you have any problems with your phone screen repair software any, I would definitely take it to Musaz
Musa was very prompt with communications and ordered my replacement phone screen for the next day. Pleased with the service. There were some issues going with an after market screen, but it was handled well. Decided to make do with phone repair as it was.
