The curb banh mi was the best food I had eaten in a WHILE it was so creamy and flavorful and crispy and delicious
Got the curbside burger and tamarind fries. It was so good! The tocino is perfect, everything hit the spot. It's right next to a brewery which looked like the ideal spot to grab a beer and eat this amazing truck food if we weren't in a rush. My mans has hella allergies, the guy taking his order was so sweet about accommodating him. He got two 2 burger patties with tocino on a bed of arugula and veggies. Food was ready in 10 minutes! Definitely going back!
I ordered the pulled pork bahn mi sandwich from this truck while it was outside of Armistice Brewing. The sandwich was really disappointing. The dominating flavor was salt. Just so much salt. It was so over-salted that I threw half of it away after being unable to finish. There wasn't much of the flavor profile I'd expect from a bahn mi sandwich.
