I was a vendor this year at Kempenfest 2025. Monday evening it was finally slow enough for me to go for a walk and look around the festival. I wanted something to drink and asked Curbside Dogs if I could have an orange pop. The lady in the food truck said she couldn't charge me for the pop because the time for their food permit expired as they were packing up (I did not realize the food trucks had different close times than us art vendors). Attended Game Show at the Exhibition Place in Toronto on Saturday November 23, ordered poutine for my daughter and myself. Unfortunately, we were both infected with a serious case of food poisoning.
Don't bother, they raise the prices significantly at shows and it might as well be buying a pita with sauce and nothing else....very disappointed.
Ordered the jerk chicken hot dog at the home show (Enercare exhibition hall). The sausage was rock hard, but the toppings were good. Overall a disappointing experience for a hot dog
Super disorganized. They just take your order and expect everyone to figure out who gets what. No receipts or a number so anyone can come and take your order. Poutine is a clumped mess. Hot dogs are decent.
