Good staff, you'll always have a sales person approach you from entering the store. They sell the foldable bikes here which are pretty cool.
This is a shop that caters to a certain demographic. Nothing wrong with that. Why I gave a 1 star? Because their staff are condescending and snobby. The Mexican bike mechanic comes off as an arrogant know it all. Had him install lights on my bike, only within 2 months, the lights are falling apart. Every interaction I have with staff comes off as disingenuous and there is always an air of snobbery coming from them. I popped in to Curbside today for the first time, with a slipping seat post. They very kindly helped me right away. Diagnosed the problem, not the seat post diameter but the quick release bolt wasn't holding together properly. Eli put in a bolt and sent me on my way :) what a friendly staff, nice vibe, I'll be happy to return there any time!

After a disappointing experience at another bike shop, Curbside Cycle was a breath of fresh air. Aaron provided friendly, knowledgeable service and had my bike turned around quickly. The difference was night and day. Great communication, excellent service, and genuine expertise. Aaron made sure everything was done right and took the time to explain what was needed.
