Excellent customer service! This is the first bike shop where I didn't feel like the staff wanted to upsell me parts and services.
Super helpful staff at the Bloor Street location. I went in there with very little knowledge of ebikes and all of my questions were answered and I was able to confidently buy accessories for an ebike. Highly recommend this store.
