FINALLY tried this spot, and I'm so glad we did! Being from Vancouver BC where there are amazing Banh Mi, I was pretty disappointed in the standard I found in Seattle. I had reviewed one up on Queen Anne Ave which put salsa in their Banh Mi (HUGE no no), as well as a few around the city which mostly used grilled meat, none of the sandwhiches used pâté. Love getting the grilled pork banh mi here, the price is super reasonable, even when you get extra meat and everything tastes very fresh. They have one of the best sandwich breads (crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and there’s a good flavor to it) and honestly, the Un bien pork sandwich would be better with their bread. Food also comes out super fast. I always have intentions of bringing my banh mi to the beach or a park but always end up finishing it in the car. Beware, there’s a lot of crumbs!
