Delicious and fresh every time. A solid bahn mi!!!!
I ordered a tofu bahn mi today and I’m so glad I did! This place is fast and convenient, and the sandwich was so tasty. I love anywhere that adds lemongrass to the tofu bahn mi, it just adds such a nice pop of flavor. The bread was so perfect, crusty yet fluffy and it was not skimpy on the tofu. Highly recommend!
FINALLY tried this spot, and I'm so glad we did! Being from Vancouver BC where there are amazing Banh Mi, I was pretty disappointed in the standard I found in Seattle. I had reviewed one up on Queen Anne Ave which put salsa in their Banh Mi (HUGE no no), as well as a few around the city which mostly used grilled meat, none of the sandwhiches used pâté.
