I needed to leave a review for curb and escape. This company did a fantastic job on the new curbing for the front of our house. The team was exceptional from the owner who came to review the job with us and help us pick out the color, texture and contrast of the curving. They arrived on the day. They said they were going to. Giving them 2 stars because the curbing looked good when it was done! Had to call them out because 6 months in and there are cracks in the curbing and it has faded a lot. The rep that came to look at the cracks informs me that the curbing is not guaranteed and fading is normal and if I wanted the cracks repaired I had to pay to have it repaired. So maybe they should tell customers that their product won’t last that long. Definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone!
They unauthorized charge me without giving me a service.
