The wings are divine! I've eaten this carts bbq quite a bit as I work close but I have not ordered their wings until a few weeks ago. To my surprise, the dry rub was incredible. Lots of meat, smoked to the point there's a crust, while the meat is still tender and juicy. I went back tonight and got a dozen, half dry and the other garlic parmesan. I usually get the summer salad with brisket, which is a delicious meal itself with ranch and bbq sauce. But this time I tried the smoked chicken Caesar wrap and who knew smoked chicken was the key to improving a classic! Loved the portion of the wrap itself.
This place is awful. Spent over a hundred dollars here. Got chicken, brisket, pulled pork. A pound of each. Three sides. Which they didnt give us one of our sides. Super mild smoke flavor on all of it. Really bland taste.through out. Nothing special at all. Just a giant waste of money. Do not waste your time. The group that it was fed to was just as disappointed. Should have opted for pizza. Lesson learned.
