Macncheese was really salty
Soggy macaroni and cheese that was probably sitting in water for a while before I ordered it. And then a small cup of brisket that was about 70% fat.
Absolutely delicious food and huge portions. Can’t believe this food truck can serve up these full platters at these prices.
It's a decent BBQ food cart, but I've definitely had better. Fast service on a weekday during lunchtime, though. Good bang for your buck if you get two meats and two sides, as the serving size is big and the food is generally satisfying and filling. The fries didn't feel as hot as they should be, and were over-peppered to compensate, I think. Overall the pulled pork and brisket had enough flavor though it was a bit too fatty.
