I’m from SC and have spent a decent amount of time in TX. The pulled pork in upstate SC is better and the brisket in TX is way better than this. Sorry but not too impressed with this fatty oily brisket. Had baked beans and it was odd having onion, peppers and beans not classic like bush’s. They did make a good dog patty for my pup she enjoyed it.
Brisket was really good and the serving size was really large! Loved the hot links too!
I had the smoked chicken and brisket. The perfect amount of smoke and tasted delicious! Potato salad and the bbq baked beans were so good! I finally found some good bbq in Oregon.
I'd give it a zero if it was an option. Got the 2 meat, 2 side plate with pulled pork and brisket. They really need to learn how to slice brisket. Mine was destroyed. Also neither the pork nor the brisket were sufficiently cooked. The brisket was tough. The pork was full of unrendered fat and tough as a result. Neither had any flavor. Even the baked beans were bland. One and done.
