I am writing to express my concern regarding the pressure washing work your team carried out today on Fillmore Street. Although the area was washed with water, it was left in an unacceptable condition. Various debris and residue brought up during the cleaning process were not properly removed and were instead left scattered around the site. The polite professional worker, Joseph , impressed me by taking time to allow folks to pass through his work space with a smile while gently alerting the passers by of the slippery surface. Joseph is a total professional. This level of service is what San Fransisco needs and deserves.
