I had Craig come out and price my deck. He was very nice and professional and his guys got the job done! My deck needed a new look bad and he did some concrete services for me too. It all looks wonderful and I would recommend his business. Very professional and great work!
If you are a REAL customer and not a competitor then please call me or at least post your real name so I can verify your job. I have not done business in Columbia since last August and I have no record of doing business with anyone named jj ackerman or any other spelling. STOP flaming our good name and raise your level of customer satisfaction.Craig
Never finished the job he promised he would do. When talking to his workers they had no idea of the promises he made. Of course these promises were not stipulated in the contract. Craig is not a man if his word. I was an idiot for trusting this man on his word.
Review
I don't offer reviews often but, they saved my deck. I thought I was going to need to replace it, but these guys REALLY know what they're doing. Imagine a company that's ...Friendly, Professional, Affordable and gets the job done when they say they do. They even offered me before and after pictures (which I took to my spin class to show off). They do the job, but not so good ... I would not use them again. Craig is just a middle man. We never saw him again after signing the contract. He promised several extra things during the sign up procedures, but workers had no idea.
We have no record of doing a deck job for anyone named john this year before mid may. We do not paint decks, we use stain only. We do not use subcontractors. I have never threatened to take a customer to court. You are either mistaken or a competitor that is trying to slander us. If you are real then please contact me immediately, if not then learn to do your business better and stop attacking us. Craig
As I promised on to you on the phone I am updating my complaint. Curb Appeal of Columbia was not the company that did my deck and I am filing a new complaint with the right company. Since I have no experience with them I can neither recommend or discourage their services, but I am impressed with the way Craig talked with me and for that reason I am rating it 5 stars.
