This place, IS NOT ADVANTIX AUTO BODY, clearly! Their customer service is trash, no communication, accepted my truck for repair in 12/22 by 04/23, they "lost track of my repair", never ordered parts and the owner interviened. Made a lot of promises then pushed me visit his shop managers brother's auto body shop for Honda. I recorded all interactions with Curb Appeal and the clear truth is, they nitpick what repairs they want to do. Problem was, NOONE called Geico for a supplemental. I never thought I would see my 2012 Volkswagen Gti back on the road again after a horrible accident. I am the original owner of this car, one of the last ones manufactured in Germany. I drove it commuting back and forth to work for over 190,000 miles and I kept it in good condition. New engine placed 5000miles ago so I really wanted to keep it. Absolutely amazing service at a great value! Everyone was extremely friendly and stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. Once it was done I could not tell that there was ever any damage to my vehicle. The team at Curb Appeal did all of the communication with my insurance company flawlessly! Great local people providing excellent service and customer service!
