TLDR: don't trust this place with repairs your precious jewelry. I had a ring band repaired here last year and it went fine. No issues. Recently, on my second visit to Curated LA, I brought my antique wedding ring in to have the band resized. It is a Victorian era ring (very old but well maintained). They said it would be ready in a few days. The next week I reached out to see if it was ready and they said that the prongs needed to be secured, which would cost an additional amount.
