HORRIBLE customer service! We received chiavari chairs that were broken, wobbly and completely shot. I had several guests that almost fell out of their chairs and several guests who had to stand while dining because their chair was so unsturdy. At $7.75 per chair, I expected a quality product and I did not receive that. I even had photos of broken chairs and was not offered a partial refund. Working with CE Rental for our September 2021 wedding was an amazing experience! We first had a rentals meeting with Alyssa the summer of 2020 when we were planning and she was so helpful in showing us all the options CE Rental has to offer and also was wonderful in being accommodating of our budget.
