I was genuinely shocked by the positive reviews, which is what led me to schedule an appointment — but my experience was absolutely terrible. I waited over 20 minutes past my scheduled time, and when I was finally seen, the nurse/owner, Cindy, seemed more focused on promoting her credentials than on delivering quality service. I have only had good experiences at Curate. Stephanie has changed my life. I used to rarely wear shorts because shaving was so painful no matter what razor or prep I tried. Laser hair removal has been a game changer. I’ve been treated by 2 injectors and been happy with both.
Excellent service from start to finish! Receptionist is very welcoming and helpful. Not to mention Ashley did a wonderful job with my service!!
