Very helpful and friendly people at the reception. Even though I am not from Australia they could squeeze me in so I could have my doctor’s appointment. Highly recommended and thank you Jody :)
The one star rating is just so I can write a review. It’s very clear the only concern Dr Penton had with me was swiping my card. Worst Dr I’ve ever had, no compassion or understanding, just after money. “Oh you didn’t show up to your last appointment, who’s going to pay for that?” Absolutely pathetic coming from an “educated” man, who knows I have major problems. YES he should retire in 6months, should have 2years ago. Way out of touch! 🖕🏻
Extremely poor service. They had plenty of appt times available for existing patients, and none for new patients. All I needed was for a script to be renewed (urgently) and they refused to help me, referring me to Merimbula Hospital (Hospital’s don’t renew scripts). Very disappointing!

Curalo medical clinic has an excellent location and the doctors try their hardest to bulk bill. Even though booking times are a few weeks in advance you can always phone up at 8.30 in the morning to see if they can squeeze you in or there has been a cancellation. The staff always remember your name and always try to help whenever you call. I can't recommend them more highly.
