All the staff here are really good people and helpful if you need it.
I thought this was a cool dispensary but I'm thinking different. Call to talk to someone in Plattsburgh but get a call center which may I say was very incompetent. You have a point system for customers to accumulate and use on future orders. I accumulated 23.37 points then one of your employees decided to put 19.91 of my points on July 10 2016 order without my knowledge. Some of your products are not even that great. Not impressed! One other thing how come you answer good reviews but not bad ones? It's just a opinion
Friendly people, very chill and cool front desk clerk. Very knowledgeable bud tenders and very easy to use kiosk for ordering in store but ya can always pre order on there site

Terrible service at this store. I walked in and waited at the line to go to the counter. I stood there awkwardly for about 2 minutes as an employee keeps looking up at me and refusing to acknowledge me or even greet me into the business I’m spending premium dollar at. It’s great to see 4 employees working, yet two are talking the other are looking down at the computer screen.
