Today was my 1st Day Shopping here, and I had a wonderful experience, the bud tender answered all of my questions in a quick efficient manner... I'll Most Definitely be back to shop again 👍
Found the budtender to be very unpleasant and rude. Wait times are laughable. You can tell by the generic response to each bad review this place isn't it.
Bud tenders are great and are clearly doing their best despite being incredibly understaffed! These long wait times are things that can be clearly avoided and solved by simply hiring more staff. The higher ups clearly need to do something about this issue otherwise the store is about to lose a lot of customers.
Decent prices and genuinely reminded me of buying weed in high school because I got ignored for 45 minutes in the store
They do not know how to balance medical and recreational lines. Rec will be waiting forever if medical keeps showing up after them. Get more cashiers and balance this insanity out. I shouldn’t be waiting 20 minutes for a preorder and people walking in after me are being taken first. It takes forever to get out of here. Every. Single. Time. The cashier told me to go to a recreational dispensary if I don’t want to wait lmao I probably should be giving my money to somewhere else.
