The in-store customer service system and sales agents are always fast, accurate, and pleasant to work with on every visit. I especially like that they have a floor agent to greet incoming customers, they look up your order and communicate the order to the back of the house which beats hands-down standing in line at other shops to slowly get you to a person who leaves you to go pick your order and deliver it to you back at the front desk.
