This company doesn't care about how their accounts are run and how the food is made for residents. I applied for a management position with more than enough experience . I was told I would get an interview. The companies district manager is so snowed by the compulsive liar of the director who's leaving I didn't get a chance. The food isn't prepared safely . I guess they care more about money not their residents
I’m upset that Cura Hospitality, along with Elior, is so reluctant to commit to a policy that would put its customers’ health first. There’s no doubt Cura’s customers -- hospital patients and residents of senior living facilities -- need and want to be served healthy, whole foods like vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and fruits, which are known to promote wellness and prevent illness. We all want the best for our families. Cura, please offer more health-promoting foods and fewer foods that are known to cause disease.
The best nutrition evidence suggests that diets rich in legumes, grains, vegetables, and fruits are the healthiest diets in the world. I hope that Cura and its parent company Elior will put in place a nutrition policy that makes these healthy ingredients more abundant on their menus, while reducing the number of foods such as meat and eggs that are known to be linked to diet-related disease.
