Test drive on a Tavascan. Tugay was very professional and it was the right balance of giving enough detail on the specs, key features etc, without going into a hard sell.
Test drove a Born at Cupra Hatfield and had a great experience from start to finish. Tugay was extremely helpful and really knowledgable about the Born range and different trim options etc. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
A smart Cupra dealership with a good amount of stock to consider. George my salesman was helpful throughout the process always returned calls and messages. Replaced all the non Cupra car mats and ordered touch up paint for some small stone chips plus sent a Video of the front seats (that can wear quickly on a V1 Formentor. I am giving 4 starts for the "overall experience" On inspection the overhead touch screens reading lights did not work, so I was told it was a warranty fix? Had a great experience with George at CUPRA Hatfield. He was incredibly professional and patient, taking my wife and I on a test drive of the CUPRA Born; even though he knew it was for a potential lease through my work’s salary sacrifice scheme and not a direct sale. He still took the time to walk us through the car in detail and answered all our questions. Really appreciated the no-pressure, helpful approach. Highly recommend!
