Ignore the last review it’s completely false. I’ve spoken to a few different people and everyone has been so apologetic and understanding. Yes, Cupra Gold Coast but I don’t think this was their choice? Be nice, people probably lost their jobs. Is a new service centre coming?
Do not buy a Cupra. VW is not serious about this brand. They've been promising a service centre in GC for 2 years and have now announced they will not be servicing any Cupra in GC. After enquiring further was told they do not care that the nearest service centre is more than an hour away, it is now up to the customer to the time and drive to Brisbane to service the car.
Robert is the Cupra Specialist, and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He gave us an honest and fulfilling journey through our car purchase from initial contact through to delivery of our vehicle. Would rate higher if I could.
I bought a leon from these guys love the car and Rob was a legend from start to finish. 👍
Robert was extremely helpful, gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. Very happy to have been served by him and even happier in my new car.
