Wow really disappointed, couldn't find the store, rang the phone number they told me roughly where it was, found 1 car sitting in the middle of the walkway with 1 saleperson on the phone. Had a sit in the car, waited 5 mins, salesperson hadn't ackowledged us so we walked away. I again rung the main Cupra number and asked had I found the correct location as there was only one car, they didn't know and said it was better if I went into Richmond....
I had a flawless journey of getting my Cupra Formentor VZx through Cupra Chadstone. I met Jamie for the first time when I booked a test Drive. Since then he has answered every query of mine, persevered through chopping & changing of my plans and through my hassles of getting some complementry stuff (which I still believe Cupra needs to improve - hence 4 stars). Disappointed in this place, they call themselves a car dealership, when in actual fact it's a couple of cars on show inside chadstone shopping center outside David Jones, they didn't have the car we wanted to look at either, weird set up!!!
Very professional team at Chadstone. Jaime did a fantastic job in terms of answering all my questions patiently and showed me all the features of this car. Jaime accommodated his time around our constraint time in order to see the car and conduct a test drive. I originally went to Richmond but I did not get the same service. I would recommend Jaime for my next purchase of Cupra.
