Tried them out today and I hate myself a little for not knowing about them sooner. The shop is warm, colorful and inviting, the service was excellent, and the owner has this infectious rockstar vibe to her. Check them out for some of the best pastries I’ve ever had.
It's all gluten free!! Great coffee, kind staff, and delicious sandwiches and pastries. I had the Meat Me in Salina sandwich and it was delicious, the bread holds up well. Something for everyone, even my daughter with an egg allergy could eat here! (Although the food is all next to each other in the case, so not safe for severe allergic sensitivity. The bread has egg in it)
We visit Salina Kansas all the time and we discovered this fantastic all gluten-free bake group. Had a great experience meeting the friendly happy and professional owner Kate. Enthusiasm of permission for providing gluten-free items is 110%! We got the carrot cake muffin, apple cinnamon loaf and the avocado egg breakfast sandwich A.k.a. Millennial Morning Fuel, on thick and delicious gluten-free bread. Celebrating her one year anniversary! WTG Kate!
Such a cozy little spot, loved all the options. The environment is lovely and the staff is incredibly friendly. The coffee, food and pastries were very tasty too! Can’t wait to go back to see their Autumn Menu!
