Cupio Media failed to respond to requests of delivery of product after multiple promises of delivery. In May of 2016, I approached Cupio Media to film a "Love Story" for my marriage and later film our vow renewal ceremony and reception. I have paid for half of the total which was $1465.56. Jack Allen was kind and excited to do our project at the time. Over a year ago my friend got married and was promised her once in a lifetime wedding footage 12 weeks later. It’s now been almost 58 weeks and the owner refuses to answer her calls or return any messages. He also deletes any bad reviews so no other bride will be informed. She was told in April that her video was in the final production but clearly someone has not only dropped the ball but is intentionally hiding something from her.
