I’ve taken my truck here a few times to get the truck washed and they always do an immaculate job. My wife took her vehicle there to get the interior detailed and they went above and beyond on her car. And then the very next day we happen to be there with our shop truck and they detailed it to like brand new. I will definitely be going back

Recently, I had my first unpleasant encounter at Cupid’s Car Wash & Detail. Truthfully, I felt overcharged for the service I requested. The matter was passed on to management which I also felt mishandled the situation. However, Craig specifically made a generous attempt to remedy the situation. That was honorable! And a great reminder why I have been a loyal, local customer for 5+ years. Also my car looked amazing once completed!
What a complete rip-off! They advertise $21 for exterior wash and $48 for interior wipe and vacuum. But then, the cashier says she has to come out and inspect the vehicle. She comes out to our average dirty vehicle (nothing excessive), goes back into her kiosk and tells me its $148! Are you kidding me? $80 EXTRA for what is not really that dirty.
